What to bring

  • ID & Credit Card: We’ll need to check your ID and credit card details when you pick up your bike (even if you book online).  Please be sure you have a photo ID and a valid credit card for bike security.

  • Helmet: We have rental helmets available if you don’t have your own.

  • Eyewear: Wyoming is very sunny along with wind and dust, don’t forget your sunglasses.  We have a great range of sunglasses for sale at the store.

  • Outerwear: A light jacket is handy for cold mornings or rainy days.  You’ll warm up nice and quick while riding, but best to be prepared.

  • Jersey: Tech, breathable jersey/shirt is recommended to keep you cool and comfortable on the trail.

  • Hydration Pack or Small Backpack: It’s a warm dry climate out here, come prepared to drink plenty of water. Also great for carrying a light jacket, sunscreen, and snacks.

  • Gloves: Gloves are essential for comfort and grip on the bike.  We have a large selection of great gloves for purchase from Specialized and Pearl Izumi if you don’t have any.

  • Shorts: Bike shorts are best for biking, allowing ample movement, breathability, and comfort in the saddle.  Refrain from wearing jeans or restricting attire.

  • Shoes & Pedals: Wear a shoe with a grippy flat sole. Flat pedals come standard on the rental bikes but we also have a good selection of clipless pedals for those bringing cycling-specific shoes.

  • Other essentials: Personal meds, sunscreen, snacks, & phone.
